We hold fully certified stocks of plate 3mm to 15mm thick for:
- Shearing - plates are sheared to size on a CNC guillotine
- Plasma cutting - for more intricate shapes plates can be cut on a CNC controlled Hi-Definition plasma machine
- Punching - any combination of holes or slots can be made, whether round or square. Holes are generally punched when the plate is still flat which allows for very economic forming of holes in sections
- Cold forming - angles, channels and zed sections are cold formed from cut plates on a CNC press brake.
- Fabrication - all types of small to medium fabrications can be undertaken ranging from brickwork supports, windposts to timber connections and architectural bracket work.
Finishes can be galvanised, shot blasted and primed or polished stainless steel
Plates washers - all types of plate washers can be supplied in quick turnarounds whether with round holes, square holes or slotted holes. Horseshoe shims can be also be supplied
All sections can be produced with any combination of punched or drilled holes and slots to customer details.
Serrated plates and washers can be welded to customer drawings
Mitre sawn pieces, welded gussets and plasma cut-outs can all be incorporated
Other bespoke sections, trays and ramps can also be manufactured
